Not carbonara

Mr hazelh told me that he was cooking carbonara for supper this evening. So imagine my surprise when I walked into the kitchen after a(nother) day in Glasgow with PhD students to discover all the ingredients for lobster thermidor :-)

Exercise today: I didn't run this morning due to (a) yesterday's late night and (b) this morning's early start.
