Recyclers

This is Thomas, one of what seems like an army of people who collect anything in our rubbish bins that shouldn't be there.

Guys like Thomas make a living from selling their chosen "treasure" to recyclers who pay a pittance but just enough to keep the collectors honest.

It is very hard work, hauling ever increasing loads of plastic, paper, cardboard or tin.

Sometimes called bin bandits, these hard working souls probably do more than than the average Joe in terms of recycling. The sad thing is that the local authorities now want to regulate their activities. Now why does that sound like a big foot standing in the way of entrepreneurship.
