Newly Hatched Grebe Chicks!

Two down and two more eggs to go! Having published Mme Grebe on her nest in the lily pads just two days ago, I was delighted to see two chicks nestling in her feathers this morning.

You might need to look large to see the lovely markings on the chicks.
