Wuffler

This afternoon my neighbours were turning the new-cut grass with a wuffler, and then baling it as haylage for winter fodder. The bales are the big round bales that need to be moved by a tractor-mounted fork (as opposed to the small bales that can be carried by hand) but they are otherwise much better for managing the winter feeding regime. I guess it's not great if you get hay-fever, but I love the smell of new-cut grass.
