Winter walk

Up earlyish considering it was Saturday. 3 loads of washing done, a few domestic chores, flit to town to get a couple of things - which I ended up not getting! - then home via Tahuna. It was such a beautiful afternoon I simply had to stop and take a stroll along the beach. Tide was out revealing the rocks and a few rock pools but there really wasnt' much going on. That seems to happen a bit in winter. Home via the supermarket where I rustled together a few things for a pot-luck dinner I'm off to tonight. M & J head away to Canada for 3 months on Wednesday so will miss out on the rest of winter. Sounds good to me!
