Lilium leichtlinii

We planted this beauty from Eastern Asia last year, and now it's flowering for the first time. We simply love it!

We spent the afternoon at the allotment, Z weeded the veggie plot and M knitted (he still isn't allowed any heavy gardening, due to a slipped disc).

Weather was lovely - perfect temperatures for us - around +18°C. We love that this summer is not too hot. Due to the rain showers we've had recently, we didn't need to water the allotment, which is also a big plus!
