Singleton, West Sussex

Singleton is one of the prettiest villages around, very peaceful today in the aftermath of the Festival of Speed at nearby Goodwood, when the village is the through road for festival traffic. The village pond surrounded by flint and thatch is just idyllic and so typical of Sussex. Blue skies this afternoon after a shaky start to the day.

Thanks for good wishes, everyone. Harvey is discharged from eye hospital, all healed nicely. I got some homeopathic help and am starting to recover from the left overs from chemo. Holidays soon, gotta be fighting fit for then.
