madman!

this guy went over me tonight unfortunately i only captured the image on my i phone but it clearly shows he was flying around hundreds of feet above the ground with what looked like a giant ceiling fan strapped to his back ... insane.
his friend on the ground says the "pilot' has flown from Halifax to Hull and back with it as well !
