Onion Volcano

I am attending yet another veterinary conference, this time in Orlando. I have decided that Orlando is really Las Vegas for the younger set and without the gambling.

This evening's chef was named Mikey. He had a great sense of humor and some incredible knife wielding skills. What surprised me the most, though, was his heavy use of butter in preparing our food. No wonder it tasted so good.

This onion volcano was supposed to WOW the 2 year old at the table. However, she was quite frightened and kept her eyes covered until the volcano had burned itself out.
