Tell me why I dont't like Mondays....

.....well I know the NHS is skint, but this was the view from my hotel room as I woke up this morning ready to go into battle with the senior civil servants and ministers at their "Northern" headquarters in Leeds....lol....put me in the right frame of mind! Felt pretty sorry for the 26 Japanese tourists that were having breakfast to the same view.....I was intrigued to know what their tour guide was saying to them to make them all so cheery !!!
