Jam making

We got the strawberries a few days ago but only got round to making the jam today (though some were eaten over the weekend). The first picture is the strawberries mashed in with the sugar: the second is the finished product. Looks good but haven't tasted it yet. Because today our bread had freezer raspberry jam - absolutely magnificent.
