Holi Fest

Holi festival of colours at the Olympic Park. Taken from the traditional Hindu festival where different coloured powders are thrown in the air. Music, drink and lots of colour. It was a lot of fun until the heavens opened and we got drenched. Based on the good weather forecast, we had no wet weather gear and ended up looking like colourful drowned rats. Actually I looked like a warrior, with the colour running down my face. And it would not come out!! Home for a nice long soak in the bath to get warm.
