The heat is back with a vengeance, if it was ever absent! I got out on my morning walk before things got too unbearable, and got this appropriately exotic shot of a very weird plant that grows in one of the many local gardens. Feeling better today after the rather bleary day yesterday!

I have some rather big news: I got my results today. It's a 2:1! We're all just a little ecstatic about this! I was hoping it would be but wondered if it might be a 2:2 based on earlier results, which would still have been good. But nope! I got the 2:1, and it was a good 2:1 as well.
