Delphiniums

Today's the day .......................... to be blue

There are so many lovely plants in my brother Ron and Margaret's garden, it's hard to choose just one to show.

I've tried to grow delphiniums like these in my garden many times - but they're lucky if they survive the night after I put them in. We have so many slugs and snails here that unerringly home in on them every time.

Feel a bit blue myself today - having just watched Andy Murray exit from this year's Wimbledon ...........................
