Today was a fast day…..

until this happened!
I tried to only eat a quarter of it and brought the rest home in a doggy bag. It would have been rude not to accept gift kebabs from great friends!
We went to see the Palestinian film 'Omar' which has been nominated for the best foreign language film - Oscar. I thought it was tremendous - incredibly hard-hitting, poignant, shocking, beautiful, funny, violent….exhausting.
