FAREWELL

Our son has already taken the decision to relocate to Scotland before he had an emergency hospital admission last week. We had some anxious hours as he lay unconscious in ICU and took a hasty decision to go out and bring him back with us as he was not going to be strong enough to travel on his own.

We had a very special evening with over 70 friends of his in the little prairie village where he has lived most of the last 20 years he has been in Canada. It was so moving to meet old friends and new - all of whom had amusing and heart warming tales to tell of his time with them. I am so proud of him, how he has overcome distress and illness and remained at heart such a warm, loving, talented man.
