Le professeur

There are lots of teachers. Lots of very good teachers. And then just sometimes you come across an exceptional one.

Luca's teacher this year has been just that. It hasn't been an easy year for him in lots of ways. The youngest in his class by far there have been things that haven't come easily but we just got his last trimestre report and he has sailed through - mainly thanks to his brilliant teacher. Not only has he learnt everything he needed to learn, and more, but she has managed to keep, and intensify, his desire to learn, his curiosity and motivation.

Sometimes the words "thank you" don't seem adequate.
