Baking Day!

And not only of the baking hot variety!! Blue skies all day long so I managed to bake some scones whilst escaping the heat outdoors. Halfway through mixing the ingredients i found that we didnt have any caster sugar, so had to use golden caster sugar instead and the results were even yummier than normal!! didnt have any cream either for toppings so had to make do with butter and strawberry jam!! I dont think they'll be lasting much longer!
