Pop Up Light Installation

I needed a glass of water during the night last night. When I went into the kitchen a red light from outside caught my eye. Someone had gone along all the floor spotlights which light up the Mitchell Library and place a traffic cone on top of it. It had such a brilliant glow about it, I just had to get a blip!
