The House at Wetherby Gardens, London

Designed by George Godwin, and built by the mighty Victorian builder John Spicer in 1877.

Godwin was involved with many other things aside from design during his lifetime. He was a journalist and wrote plays, one of which, The Last Day, was performed at the Olympic Theatre in October 1840. He also collected chairs with links to famous people including Shakespeare and Alexander Pope.
