Repairs completed

I took this machine to be repaired about 8 weeks ago, it was returned but still had the same problem + a trapped key.
It was returned today and it seems that the culprit was me. I had fitted a screen protector (one of those clear plastic screens) and it caused an interference with the touch screen. Who would have thought that?
