We have arrived!

This is Paul and Stuart just sitting down to eat. Paul's gluten free pizza cooked faster than our lasagne so he had to get started! We decided it was easier to eat in tonight and we could just have a leisurely time together. The place where we're staying is nice - quite small, but really well designed in its layout. I think we shall enjoy it here!

Tomorrow I have booked a Sunday roast for us in a restaurant at lunch time, and then we shall decide what to do for the afternoon, depending on the weather. Today has been okay - not particularly sunny but warm and only one shower of rain. We have the patio door open.

On the way up the M11 I was excited to see a Spitfire plane fly overhead. I managed to get a couple of photos, but they were too blurry to put on here as we were travelling fast at the time, of course. You can just make out that it is a Spitfire though!
