Rental bicycles

This moring when I was driving to my park place, I noticed Savonlinna's rental bicycles had come back to street view. There is one company that is renting bikes in here (or I know only this).

In this year this company has puchased only one model. For a some reason retro Helkama Jopo bikes are popular among young people. I just don't get it. It has just one gear. But may be I don't need to understand. I did not notice it in first place that these are not Jopo's, these are Madison Onni models. Well same idea.
