Back again to the industrial monos after faffing about with colour. Ach well experiments are all very good but sometimes you just know what it is you love.

Apparently the nights are officially drawing out (well for us up top anyway). Can't come soon enough, had enough of this lack of light malarkey. There are poor pickings when you arrive at work in the gloom and leave in the dark.

Torridon is a bust at the weekend.... but only due to this muppet getting his dates wrong, at least that gives me another week in the gym to get anywhere near hill fit. I'll have to sit and get me a blip plan, I'm running on empty at the moment.
