Double Trouble

Paws for thought

Sneaky peek of the teddies I've had made for the boys from some of their old baby clothes.
They have been made by my talented Uni acquaintance Kim. She started making them after she had here own little boy who is named Teddy and has started her own business making them.
I can't wait to see the real things.

We've had a look at some houses on some new developments today. The Redrow ones looked really nice but the Barrats ones look really cheap. I sadly think it's going to be a no go as I don't think we will be able to get a big enough mortgage with just Mr L's wage. As my mum was a financial advisor I've asked her to have a look and see what mortgages are out there for us.
We might just have to leave moving until I've returned to work in a few years.

Other than that we've had a very nice day. We went to a lovely little pub for lunch after the sat nav took us on an interesting route. The boys were wonderfully behaved. Smiling, laughing have a good nose and eating plenty of food.
We them popped to Aldi as they have a baby event so wanted to pick up some nappies cheap got two boxes of 84 nappies for just under a £10 plus a load of wipes and most of our weekly shop which cost about £50 less than it normally does at Tesco. Still need to get a few little bits in Tesco but it's only some branded stuff that they didn't have an equivalent of in Aldi and whiskers for the cat (she won't eat anything else!).

The boys have two birthday parties tomorrow! Let's hope they wear themselves out and sleep all night (our night sleeping is a bit rubbish of late :-(

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend xx
