It's 123 km to the coast

We made a day trip to Pori today; hubby, Leevi, Sami and me. We love the sea and the shortest way to the coast is to drive to Pori. First we went to Kallo island where we sat on the sleek rock relaxing, reading and enjoying the sea view.

In Kallo there are a smallish lighthouse and an old yacht club (Segelföreningen i Björneborg yacht club is the oldest sports club in Finland, established in 1856)

After a walk we drove to a quiet sandy beach. Sami enjoyed, he swam and ran - and was very sandy when back in the car.

This was a great day --- the sea, the sun, and the leisure.
