Tropical Storm Arthur blew himself out to sea leaving a beautiful day in the city. To celebrate a fine evening we went back to the place where we had dinner a couple of weeks back and I Blipped the bouncer here guarding the liquor license of the next door establishment. He seemed not to have anybody to bounce tonight but the backdrop of buildings spoke to me.
