Sally Forth

That was the first time up Arthur's Seat in quite a while, and it was a bit of a drag. We walked from here up Easter Road, up the Seat, and over to Dunsapie Loch, before dropping down to the Commonwealth Pool where we picked up the 14 bus home. Threatened poor weather - which had discouraged us from an expedition to the Pentlands - did not materialise, although from the top of the Seat you could various weather systems rattling around the Forth and the Stirlingshire hills. There were just a few spots of rain on the way down to Dunsapie Loch, but they turned into nothing.

Large gives a lot more details.
