We ended up off in unfamiliar territory, over hills down into the earth, under layers of accumulated efforts, discerning the machinations of people we don't know as they continue to scrape a living, albeit in a more dignified, thankfully collective manner, to provide something that could be deemed the common good.

Not that you can tell from this image, of course, but it seemed interesting enough graphically to represent at least one stop in this journey; and maybe it serves as a good introduction to what might be a week to come of documentation of previously or as yet undocumented territory, at least around *these* parts...
