Shieldbugs continued

I went for a quick trip to Iping common today with Charlii and Rosie.
I think Rosie had a good time using my sweep net to see what creatures she could sweep out of the grass.
This Small grass shield bug (Neottiglossa pusilla) was one of the finds we had from sweeping the grass alongside the ride as it dipped through the wooded area.
According to ;British bugs' it feeds on meadow grass and is locally distributed across Southern and central England.
It was a great day out, and I found lots of exciting species, back there next weekend methinks.
