Sunset At L'Ancresse

With my head working overtime I got precisely no sleep last night, so I had no problem getting up at 04:20 this morning to capture the sunrise at around 05:10 ...
Unfortunately the sun did have a bit of difficulty showing itself this morning due to total cloud cover ...
Luckily, however, the sun did come out to play at around lunchtime and the afternoon was glorious ...
There was a little bit of decorative cloud on the horizon at sunset, but I wasn't going to be put off by that ... In fact a cloudless sky never produces much of an interesting display ...

As for me, I think an early night is in order ... With any luck I might be able to doze off for a few minutes ... :o)
