Birthday Pie!

It's Cath birthday today, and she asked for a birthday pie instead of a birthday cake - so here it is! Due to be eaten cold after we've been to a concert. What's in it? What does it taste like? We'll have to wait and see... If you look carefully, you'll see what her age is. No, really! She told me herself!

As you can see, I'm not too skilled in creating a lattice top. How you get it onto the pie so that it's evenly stretched, I just do not know. But I have discovered that trying to lift it and adjust it afterwards is not a good idea!
