Art and grazes

Nice day today consisting of lots of jobs and busy-ness with work and naps sandwiched in between.

We got some new plants at the garden centre to re-do our fading baskets and then just as we were going to head to the park the rain started so we set to work colouring. This was a real joint effort and we were both proud of it! C has also just about mastered curly c, h and a today and is beyond pleased with himself!

Just before tea we headed to the retail park for a bit of shopping and a cafe visit. Then as we arrived home our little neighbour friends were just arriving back too so ensued 10 minutes of mad chasing. Hence 2 rather grazed knees for C and even blood on one of them. We had to crack out the savlon and Madagascar plasters. C has gone to bed still wearing it after bathtime!
