Still on a high

... after this glorious weekend. This week, being enrichment week at school, the boys were having fun on high ropes and poles. I stayed firmly on the ground, in the heavy showers, heights not being my thing!

Had a good chance to natter about the Tour tho, so not all bad. Got out this evening for a quick ride, tho' clouds were low. Did a big hill for me, and was rewarded by a view over to the Lakeland fells in the setting sun. Saw a couple of herons in a field, apparently when they can't get fish, they stand in fields and spear mice instead.
