Kissing trees on a Mono Monday

Something a bit more conventional for this week's challenge as I had competitive grass cutting to do today and no time to improvise. The theme for the day is 'Road'.

This is the wee country road that runs up from the back of Kinghorn over the hill and down to the main Kirkcaldy road. At the top of the hill are these two Sycamore trees known locally as the "kissing trees". I think their name has more to do with the fact that the branches touch over the road forming an archway rather than being the site for a quick bout of "winchin'"

Thanks to GingerNan for hosting this month.
