Botanics Dragonfly

At Botanical Gardens for a short visit hoping to see dragonflies. This one popped down in front of me. Had to move quickly to get a snap because it was quite nervous and I could see it moving it's head as I approached. Think it is a female common darter but not 100% sure. If anybody can identify it please let me know. Best to view it enlarged.
