Lonely Bird

Another in my occasional series of blurry birds! Can't be easy being a one-legged, headless, old heron out on a limb. But at least today it wasn't getting mobbed by crows or hassled by seagulls. Quiet time.

Just back from visiting my mum and she was in pretty good spirits. According to the nurse she's 'a real character who gives as good as she gets'. Sounds like she's in a nursing home for retired wrestlers!
