Yet Another Can't be Arsed Blip.

Bit of running around this morning, getting stuff for SWMBO and chasing up residual problems with the phone upgrade - they sent a new sim card which doesn't seem to work, a visit to the O2 shop informs me that it is a blank sim WTF!
