I rarely do foodporn pictures, but this is a special occasion. My first ever sourdough bread with yummy avo and homegrown tomatoes. It took me the whole day to make and raise the bread, then I baked it last thing at night, so I could have it for breakfast. Next time I am planning to do the opposite, raise it overnight and bake in the morning. This way I can have it hot with melting butter.
