taking a moment

I received a text this morning asking to join a friend for a BBQ at her's tonight and I for once had no conflicting 'obligations' and accepted - gratefully. So Sienna and I went up to the house on the side of the fell, and my friend and I sat in the late evening sun, enjoying delicious food and wine and set the world to right and watched the children play and generally took a moment in our busy lives to be and enjoy the moment...precious.
