Downtime

Inbetween appointments today, I had a wee cycle towards Glencaple for a drink, a read of my book and a seat in the sunshine. Riding back through Dock Park - families having picnics, children on bikes, scooters, swings, slides, folk playing crazy golf, a pair of lovers entwined on the riverbank in the same position as when I had passed them an hour earlier..
Saw thison FB earlier today (thanks Sally!) and it made me smile. I get "bicycle face" when I can't cycle and have to use the car...
