Ouch!!

The morning started early (after a long governors meeting last night!) with waking at 4.30 as Mr C went off to Smithfields. School was closed to the children as all the teachers were on strike, so I arrived at school early to get on with some jobs. Leaving early afternoon for my shoulder injection.... Ouch!!! It feels very stiff and achy at the moment~ hopefully will improve with time. I then came home and fell asleep on the sofa..... For about 3 hours, so unlike me!!!
It has been cloudy all day but evening sun has decided to make an appearance so blip is from front step (again!).
