Tower Bridge

It was disappointing to wake up to a dull day in London. After a quick look around Westminster for future photo opportunities and a long relaxing coffee break we travelled on the underground (tube) to a couple of stations where the architecture is interesting and spent some time photographing there. Just don't try using a tripod or you will soon attract the attention of the security guards!

The afternoon was still dull so we found a few of the Victorian (?) shopping arcades. The comment on tripods equally applies there.

After dinner the sky began to brighten so we found a position where we could photograph Tower Bridge and waited. This was my last photograph of the day, taken at 22.13 (an hour after sunset) with a shutter speed of 92 seconds at F22.
