The Bad Touch

Evening all.

I have a neighbour who seems to have a strong and steady knack for acquiring things, not earth shattering,important things, nor odd shaped items which have tumbled from moving vehicles....

just, things.

These things then make a debut in his front garden for a while, having mysteriously appeared overnight, then are spirited away again while the world sleeps.

Unless..the Tour De France really is coming through his house!
