Away to deepest Mid Wales today ( Tregaron ) for a river survey on the slow moving and lazy Teifi.

We had lovely weather and fabulous wildlife including many Red Kites flapping overhead. This is a truly remarkable part of the World and is as empty and remote as it is possible to get in England and Wales. The only downside absolutely no phone signal on anything when we got to the hotel in the evening
