The One-legged Shed

This shed propped precariously over the river in Mytholmroyd (Nr. Hebden Bridge) is over one hundred years old.
Originally one of the sheds at Dawson City- it was built sometime between 1900 and 1912 to house the navvies and their families who were building the Walshaw Reservoirs.
When the reservoir constructions were complete the buildings at Dawson City were sold off and appeared around the district in many guises.
This one (occupied by our local chiropodist) is possibly the last survivor.
The Tour de France went past this piece of history on Sunday, and I bet no-one noticed it :-)
