Coastal herb patch at Redgate, Margaret River

The herb garden is doing surprisingly well despite the coastal winter gales.
The garlic chives are ready for pumpkin soup with sour cream.
We have used the thyme and oregano for Italian cooking and the three parsleys go with just about everything!
We had copious amounts of cherry tomatoes but they are finished.
Lucky the rabbits can't get up the tin!!
