DSLR Withdrawals

I can't remember the last time I used my camera. I carried it to the village fete this afternoon but couldn't find a thing to photograph, as we'd missed the parade. All that was left was the tombola, a stall selling overpriced ice creams and beers and a lady selling plants.
I had high hopes of a blipworthy image, as the theme was the Centenary of WW1 and the Brownies.
I bought this plant for only £3 and was told the name of it. By the time I'd walked home (10 minutes later) I'd forgotten!! Some kind of lobelia I think she said. Are there any gardeners out there?
