Stream of Consciousness

I'm back in Cornwall.
Sorry I've been out of action for a few days but they've been
a) a busy but good few days ...
followed by
b) a day of pain. I think kidney stone. Luckily on the right or I really would have thought it was a heart attack!
I'm recovering but not quite with it so sorry but minimal commenting.
I will be back in action soon.
