Snowdrops

I went for a stroll through Hagley Park today and marvelled at the carpet of snowdrops that spread as far as the eye could see.

The weather has been uncommonly nice recently, Christchurch's hottest July on record apparently, and some of the spring bulbs are also starting to come through - I fear a nasty frost may hit soon though which they may not survive.
